Mechanical Supervisor Central London TLG are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their established team. With over two decades of experience in the commercial sector, our client is recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical services across London. This position will primarily operate in Central London, overseeing projects ranging from £500k to £2 million and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities. Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct regular site checks. Support and drive project progress in line with programme targets. Liaise with sub-contractors, engineers, and the wider site team. Attend and lead site meetings as required. Assist with commissioning processes and smooth handover. Contribute to the preparation of RAMS and review scope of works. Provide proactive solutions to any site issues.
