Allen and York is partnering with a leading tech-enabled sustainability business in the construction sector, offering collaboration tools, e-learning, software, and consulting services. We are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial VP of Sales to spearhead the expansion of their virtual learning platform across Eastern Australia and New Zealand.Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company''s market presence in the region.Identify and secure new partnerships with leading organizations in the built environment and related sectors.Engage with senior decision-makers, including Directors of Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Procurement.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, typically in the USD 30-50K range.Present complex solutions clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in new business development.Strong understanding of sustainability issues within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.Experience managing full sales processes and closing deals in the specified range.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Benefits
