You ll have experience of working in end-of-life care within an acute or palliative care setting. We will also consider newly qualified nurses who want to develop a career in palliative care. The successful candidates will be keen team players with good interpersonal and communication skills who enjoy working in a challenging environment whilst displaying a caring attitude at all times.
