Key Responsibilities Production Technician Refurbishment of roller assembliesUsing manual handling power tools equipmentWorking in an environment with machinery such as vertical lathes radial arm drills milling machines welding equipment hydraulic pumps etcUsing overhead gantry cranes slinging equipmentUsing forklift daily for loading and unloading vehiclesPreparing dies and rolls and parts including machinery for despatch wrapping and strapping for safe transportationAbility to read and understand technical drawings preferredPerform some maintenance and repairs on refurbishment equipment to maximise production at our refurbishment facilityHaving the ability to identify problems by communicating these findings to the managerExhibit time management skills and the ability to meet customer driven deadlinesBe able to work as part of a growing team based in Gloucester Ability to work using their own initiative to help deliver production schedules to work under pressure to meet urgent requirementsBeing aware of health and safety guidelines and adhering by these daily Qualifications and Requirements Production Technician Expertise in mechanical machine ..... full job details .....
