This role will support the Head of Operational Risk in strengthening and embedding the second line Operational Risk Framework. Wholesale Banking group, based in London, who are seeking to hire an VP- Operational Risk Manager .DescriptionThe VP- Operational Risk Manager key part of the team responsible for oversight, challenge, and coordination of operational risk practices across the business.Responsibility for enhancing the Operational Risk Management Framework and its associated components (Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), incidents, operational scenario analysis etc). Providing robust oversight and challenge to RCSA''s, risk assessments performed as part of new product / initiative development. Enhancing and standardising 2LoD owned policies and procedures. Ensure these polices are understood, communicated and embedded and complied with across the Bank. Engagement with 1LoD to ensure policies and procedures adhere to developed standards and guidelines.
