Position: Finance Assistant ResponsibleWorking hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to FridayLocation: GloucesterType of work: 3-month contractHourly rate: £15.00 to £16.00 per hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to join finance department in manufacturing company based in Gloucester The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our finance department assisting with various financial tasks.Responsibilities: Invoice processing (experience of high-volume invoice processing)Statement reconciliationWorking closely with purchasing department to own and resolve invoice queriesConcur Expense administration, including monthly reconciliation against credit card statements and employee query resolution.Administration and reconciliation of cash advancesPrepare financial reports and assist with month-end close proceduresOwnership for the supplier administration and onboarding processProcessing and reconciliation of monthly supplier payment runs Hathaway and live these by example, consistent with corporate policies/procedures and legal obligations, both in the UK and overseas.Managing the reception, greeting visors and transferring calls.
