Production Shift Manager s Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate your team to run safe, efficient production shifts. Monitor machinery and processes, fixing or escalating issues quickly. Work with engineering to minimise downtime and plan maintenance. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Drive improvements in performance, training, and communication across shifts. Skills and Experience Required as a Production Shift Manager: Leadership experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing or processing environment. Proven ability to motivate and develop teams across production and maintenance. Strong, clear communicator who can lead a team. Own Transport and Driving Licence due to location Committed to safety and keeping standards high on every shift.
