Project Manager Projects: Education, Commercial, Refurbishment and New Build Ridgeway and Co are working with a Luton-based main contractor, in their search for an experienced Project Manager (up to Contracts Manager) to join their close-knit team and lead the delivery of education-focused refurbishment and new build projects across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and North London. Role Overview Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through delivery to handover Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate project teams and subcontractors Maintain project programmes, budgets and quality standards Report progress, risks and commercial matters directly to the Director Act as key point of contact for clients, consultants, site teams and supply chain Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards Chair site meetings and manage project documentation Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering education sector projects (schools, academies, colleges or universities) Track record managing refurbishment, extensions and/or new build schemes up to 5m+ Strong leadership and communication skills Confident working directly with directors and clients Commercially aware with a practical understanding of cost, programme ..... full job details .....
