Hampton by Hilton, London City is looking for a Guest Service Agent ( Food and Beverage)

to join their site in the historic Aldgate.Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London, the hotel opened in May 2023 through a partnership with Dominus Group. The hotel is a stones throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London''s historic business district. Deliver best-in-class service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to ensure timely delivery of well-prepared food. Greet, interact with, and bid farewell to guests warmly and politely.Quality:

Adopt a friendly, professional approach to guest service, treating every guest as an individual. Have a great knowledge of food, beverage, and breakfast offerings to enable upselling. Suggest procedures or systems to enhance guest experiences.Profit:

Actively upsell dishes and drinks to encourage additional revenue. Use POS systems to accurately record orders and maintain stock levels. Process guest payments properly and handle the till and cash responsibly.About youPrevious experience in a similar hospitality settingApproachable, professional, and well-presented with an eye for detail.Driven and passionate about delivering a great guest experience.Has flexibility to work different shifts and patterns.Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.Desire to deliver fantastic guest service in a friendly and helpful way.Preferably has previous experince within the hospitality industry.If you would like to join a people focused team in a unique hotel, please do get in touch!
