Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, including follower engagement, sentiment monitoring, managing reviews, channel design/layout, and writing/reviewing content for website, public communications and social media pagesCollaborate with our marketing team to define and report on business goals, owning specific social media objectives and reporting on ROIDevelop and manage content strategies to fulfil short-term and long-term marketing targets, including identifying audience needs, content planning and creation, publishing and performance evaluationRepresent social media within the wider marketing team, consult on brand taglines, logo and other promotional materialMonitor SEO and web traffic, implementing new features to develop brand awareness (e.g., promotions/competitions)Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content consistently (original text, photos, videos and news), ensuring copyright and data protection compliancePerform research on benchmark trends and audience preferences, staying up to date with technologies and trends in social media and design toolsMaintain content consistency and alignment with brand identity (in collaboration with other business teams)Support wider updates of the website, social media and content pages periodicallyManage staff who create content for Forward Ever Inclusive EducationSeniority level
