role in the near future.The Role:Handling a broad caseload of contentious probate matters, including disputes over wills, inheritance claims, challenges based on capacity or undue influence, executor/administrator disputes, and trust litigation.Working closely with the Head of Department on strategic planning and client development.Supporting the team’s growth and mentoring junior solicitors where appropriate.Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, trustees, and intermediaries.Requirements:Qualified solicitor with

5+ years PQE
