The role offers a blend of client management and leadership within a collaborative and progressive firm environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering accounts, tax, and advisory servicesReview statutory accounts (FRS102/FRS105) and management accountsOversee corporate tax compliance and support on advisory mattersReview bookkeeping and VAT work prepared by junior and offshore teamsSupervise, mentor, and coordinate both UK and offshore staffLead client onboarding across cloud accounting systems (Xero, Sage, IRIS)Manage WIP, billing, and workflow to ensure deadlines are metBuild strong client relationships and provide commercial insightKey RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified (non-negotiable)Minimum 4-6+ years'' experience within a UK accountancy practiceProven experience managing a large client portfolio with high turnoversStrong technical knowledge across accounts and taxExperience with cloud accounting software (Xero, Sage, IRIS, CCH)Experience reviewing work and managing teams (including offshore exposure ..... full job details .....
