We are now seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Claims team on a full-time basis at our head office in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will report to the Solicitor Claims Manager and will be responsible for a varied caseload of claims involving our vast tank container and vehicle fleet. The position available is a busy, challenging role and requires a high level of commitment. Key Responsibilities Managing a large and varied caseload, from inception to conclusion, in compliance with the Company''s Claims Handling Procedure. Liaising with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to obtain all relevant documentation in support of claims within designated areas. Reviewing available information to make an informed decision on liability. General debt recovery - both domestic and international. Managing own caseload and liaising with third parties as required.
