Job Description: Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities
Location: NottinghamSalary: Up to £37,000
Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee two small properties in Nottingham. This permanent position is ideal for a professional with a background and passion for learning disabilities, aiming to grow within a supportive provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee operations of two small residential properties.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.- Lead and develop staff teams to provide high-quality care.- Implement and monitor care plans for residents.- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents.
Requirements:- Registered Manager experience.- Ideally hold Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.- Strong background and passion for learning disabilities.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
