The school supports students with Autism, SEMH, and additional learning needs.Key Duties: Support students with behavioural needs both in and out of the classroom. Use positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques. Encourage and model positive social interaction and emotional regulation. Help build student confidence and support their educational journey. You Should Have: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs. A calm, patient and consistent approach to support. A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence. A willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
