Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a leading residential developer. This freelance site manager will be working on a major residential development in Walthamstow.-The project consists of 583 new homes, and we are looking for someone to take the site from 1st fix stage onwards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations from 1st fix through to completion
• Managing subcontractors and trades on-site
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Liaising with project managers and client representatives
• Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Able to hit the ground running from Monday
