OverviewOur client is a leading SaaS and technology company, building innovative solutions for Data Management, Analytics and Machine Learning. They’re looking to hire an experienced Linux Engineer with experience across Ansible, Packer and AWS. 2 days a week in the office, hybrid, initial 6 months, inside IR35 and paying up to £600 per day.

Responsibilities

From day one you’ll be involved in the design, build, implementation and support of Linux systems with a focus on availability, performance, reliability, and security — from bare-metal through to virtualisation, AWS Cloud and automation.

Work across a range of projects, tools and technologies and have ownership of your work.

Requirements

Proven experience of Linux administration and engineering

Great understanding of RPM packaging, systems, networking and storage

Knowledge of Ansible and DevOps methods

Excellent communication skills and a motivated, proactive approach to work

The ability to take the lead on work and drive projects forwards
