This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to take ownership of team performance, drive operational excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced setting.The RoleYou will lead production teams across rotating shifts, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:Essential: A relevant management or engineering qualification, or equivalent hands-on leadership experience.Proven experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment.Strong understanding of engineering and assembly methods.Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices within an industrial setting.Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies.Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.A structured, empathetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Desirable: Additional Health and Safety or continuous improvement certifications.Experience supporting digital transformation or operational change initiatives.
