Right now, we are looking for a Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Tower Hamlets. Sounds great, what will I be doing? The main purpose of the role is to prepare individuals to move on to independent living in the community. Service users may step down from the intensive support service to high, medium or lower needs before moving into the community. From the outset of an individual''s tenancy the focus of the support is on preparing them for their journey of recovery and independence over an agreed period. You will be working Monday to Sunday on a shift rota starting from 08:00 until 23:00 at the latest What do I need to bring with me? You''ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission.
