This is a key operational role, combining administrative responsibility with field-based duties to ensure the smooth running of a mobile fleet and client service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administration of the mobile fleetOrganise and track vehicle MOTs, servicing, and repairsCoordinate with garages and service providers to ensure fleet readinessConduct new site inspections and develop detailed assignment instructionsRespond promptly to client queries and provide effective solutionsManage and attend to emergency requests during daytime operationsCarry out site visits and occasional patrols as requiredSupport operational efficiency and compliance across the mobile team Requirements Full, valid driving licenceMinimum 2 years driving experienceValid SIA licenceStrong administrative and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently while leading and supporting a team Desirable Skills and Experience Previous experience in a security services or mobile operations environmentExperience managing vehicle fleets or logistics operationsFamiliarity with incident response ..... full job details .....
