Role Overview A national, sector-focused law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its established Corporate and Commercial Disputes team. This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including high-value and complex disputes. The successful candidate will advise on contract disputes, procurement challenges, construction disputes, partnership issues, governance matters, complaints, and internal investigations.The team works closely with public sector bodies, health and social care providers, and charities, supporting them through both contentious matters and the day-to-day legal challenges of operating in highly regulated environments.
