What You''ll Be Doing:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across key market sectors
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Developing customised technical proposals and solutions
- Monitoring market trends and analysing competitor activity
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

What We''re Looking For:

- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within engineering, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
- A consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
- Experience with linear motion or mechanical transmission components is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently
- A full UK driving licence is essential due to client visits and travel within job role
