Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Fire Remediation worksBased in Bromley and surrounding areasFull time, permanent 30,000 - 36,000 DOE plus fuel card Howells are working with a leading contractor to find a successful and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering fire remediation works in Bromley and the surrounding areas.It will be your responsibility to develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during major works programmes. You will prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently.
