Role Overview

Our Cover Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining classroom continuity, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not require lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.

Key Requirements

• CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months'' relevant experience
• Confident in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
• Able to effectively manage behaviour to keep students engaged
• Flexible to work across different departments and with various age groups on a daily basis
