Worldwide, we have over 13,000 customers who trust NAVEX to address evolving regulations and their compliance challenges.As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our demand marketing becomes best in class, and that you support all marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our target audiences and markets, generating pipeline and revenue opportunities for our commercial teams.This is a pivotal role focused on growth, with the opportunity to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that demand generation efforts align with sales and business growth objectives including supporting commercial revenue growth, overall pipeline growth and marketing generated, and marketing influenced revenue.What you’ll do
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns to attract and engage new business prospects, nurture leads, and optimise conversion pathwaysCollaborate with marketing and sales leaders to develop strategy using a data-driven, performance-based approachCoordinate with other marketing functions (e.g., digital, content, creative) to ensure alignment of demand generation activities and ownership of campaign calendarsAlign with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead managementEstablish and optimise scalable campaign and lead-management processes, tracking lead lifecycle and conversion ratesDefine activity success metrics and analyse performance to optimise to meet targetsManage agencies, suppliers, and budgetsUtilise the company’s Martech stack to support demand generation activitiesWhat you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment2+ years’ experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns (copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinars, and more)Strong understanding of demand generation programmes with a track record of owning campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and driving pipeline growthExperience creating and executing successful B2B integrated demand generation campaignsExperience working with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDRs to drive leadsExperience developing lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation and personalised communicationExcellent analytical and data-driven thinking with a focus on metrics, measurement and optimisationAbility to work effectively in a distributed teamKnowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and Microsoft OfficeExperience negotiating with and managing suppliersStrong written and verbal communication with the ability to see the big picture of marketing strategyAbility to drive results through decision-making, marketing strategy, and project management in line with NAVEX’s valuesWhat we offer
