ABOUT THE ROLEI am looking for someone who is either already a Construction Director / Operations Director with a strong background working for rival RC frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, or someone who has hit a glass ceiling and is seeking the next step up to Construction Director. The ideal candidate will have experience at a Senior Contracts Manager level or similar.The role involves overseeing operations across multiple live sites with concrete frames, groundwork, and basements, with package values ranging from £5m to £50m, and a portfolio worth £100m-£150m. You will manage site teams, develop client relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely. You will work alongside a talented team and report to the top management.REQUIREMENTSApplicants should have experience in this role or be ready for it, with a strong background in concrete frame, groundwork, and basement subcontracting in the UK. Stability in employment history is important.
