Handle a broad range of property disputes, including:Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claimsEnforcement of easements, restrictive covenants, and rights of wayBeneficial interest disputesParty Wall disputesExperience in construction disputes is desirable, as the team is looking to expand in this areaThe Successful Candidate Will

Have 5–8 years’ PQE, gained in private practiceProven experience in both residential and commercial property litigationStrong client-handling and business development skillsBe able to help generate new work and support the team’s business development initiativesHave strong experience in both residential and commercial property litigation (some commercial litigation experience is advantageous)Demonstrate excellent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feetBe committed to working in a collaborative, team-focused environmentWhat’s On Offer
