Customer Service Coordinator
to join their busy team. Are you a people person who loves keeping customers happy? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!As a Customer Service Coordinator, you ll be the first point of contact for customers coming up to their renewal. You ll guide them through their options, warm them up, and hand them over to the sales team when they re ready. You ll also support the smooth running of deliveries and finance documents, ensuring everything is organised from start to finish.What you ll be doing:Calling customers as their renewals come up.
Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifying and handing customers over to the sales team.
Booking deliveries and preparing finance paperwork.
Logging updates and keeping the CRM system accurate.
What we re looking for:Customer service or account management experience.
Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
Organised, proactive, and able to get things done efficiently.
Comfortable using CRMs and handling customer information.

Experience in automotive, leasing, or finance.
