The Opportunity You will take strategic control of one of the largest consumer financial mis selling portfolios in the market, influencing: - Litigation strategy - Departmental performance - Regulatory compliance - Commercial efficiency - Long term growth direction From intake through to settlement or judgment, you will ensure robust case progression, procedural integrity and the highest professional standards. Your Impact You will: - Strategically manage and progress a substantial portfolio of PPI / Plevin (PIVAT) claims - Conduct detailed and technical file reviews on complex or disputed matters - Determine litigation strategy across high volume caseloads - Draft and approve pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements and lender correspondence - Supervise pre action protocols, negotiations, mediations and hearings - Lead, mentor and develop fee ..... full job details .....
