You do not need to have extensive experience in this area, as full training will be provided, however will you need to be able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for working with children with Special Educational Needs. Some experience working personally or professionally with children with SEN will be advantageous.This SEN Teaching Assistant role will see you working with a range of children of children across Key Stage 1 and 2.
