Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead on the development and delivery of the Hospital 2.0 Alliance Agreement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving engagement with all partners, championing the principles of the H2.0 Alliance and the New Hospital Programme (NHP) Partnering Agreements.You will have a strong track record of working on large-scale transformation programmes in healthcare or similarly complex environments. You will need to bring a strong understanding with the ability to navigate, relationships across multi discipline system, regional and NHS trusts. Acting as subject matter expertise across key areas of the NHS ecosystem, project delivery and the objectives of the New Hospital Programme.About us

Educated to Masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist areaEvidence of post qualifying and continuing professional developmentMember of relevant professional bodyKnowledge and Experience
Experience of leading on significant change and consultationDemonstrated experience working across the NHS system including Trusts, Regions and ICBs as well as their Local Health EconomiesSubject matter expertise across a number of key areas relating to the NHS Ecosystem, project delivery, New Hospital Programme and its outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex environments.Experience of leading the development of briefing papers and correspondence at executive levelUnderstanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagementExperience of delivering against competing priorities and deadlines while also directing the work of teams/individualsSkills, Capabilities and Attributes
