We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of ORC within a large-scale Oracle HCM environment. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong functional expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience delivering scalable recruitment solutions aligned to best practice. Key Responsibilities Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) including: Requisition design Candidate life cycle management Approval workflows Interview processes Offer management Onboarding integration Facilitate design workshops and gather business requirements, translating recruitment processes into scalable Oracle HCM solutions Promote Adopt not Adapt principles to ensure best-practice alignment Support integrations and data migration activities, collaborating with technical teams on: Job board integrations Background check interfaces Security roles andamp; access configuration OTBI/BI Publisher reporting Data validation andamp; reconciliation Contribute to testing and go-live readiness: Prepare and execute test scripts Support UAT cycles Assist with change management activities Support transition into hypercare and BAU support Required Experience Proven hands-on experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle within Oracle HCM Experience leading design workshops and engaging senior stakeholders Knowledge ..... full job details .....
