Due to continued investment and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team.The RoleAs a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment across our manufacturing facility. Working on a permanent days shift, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities while supporting continuous improvement projects throughout the site.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on manufacturing and packaging machinery.Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime.Carry out welding and fabrication work as required to support maintenance and improvement projects.Operate workshop machinery and undertake machining tasks including the manufacture and modification of components.Produce and amend engineering drawings using CAD software.Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.Maintain accurate maintenance records and ..... full job details .....
