We''re looking for an exceptional leader to drive financial excellence and compliance within a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial setup for a new subsidiary (National Housing Bank).Design and implement robust financial reporting structures.Ensure compliance with IFRS and external reporting requirements.Collaborate with internal teams, including Senior Manager and auditors.Provide leadership and build a high-performing financial reporting function.Prepare technical papers for senior stakeholders. Essential Skills and Experience:Strong technical accountancy knowledge (including IFRS).Proven experience in year-end accounts closure and group accounting.Leadership experience in large, complex organisations.Advanced Excel and analytical skills.Excellent communication and report writing abilities. Desirable Skills:Knowledge of government accounting and budgeting.Experience in the public sector or housing/property sector.Understanding of tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax).
