What you''ll be doing:This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. Your focus will be ensuring tight financial control and leading key reporting processes, while supporting both the Finance Director and Financial Controller.Key responsibilities include:Taking ownership of all weekly, monthly, and annual financial reportingProducing accurate and timely management accountsManaging the month-end and year-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliationsSupporting the sales and wider operational teams with insights and reporting needsPlaying a key role in the implementation and ongoing usage of a new finance system, including training colleagues across departmentsMonitoring and reporting on sales margins and identifying anomalies or trendsCollaborating with the sales team to help build and consolidate budgetsAssisting with ..... full job details .....
