Health, Safety and Security ManagerThis role is responsible for assisting the Senior Health, Safety and Security Manager and Head of HSE in ensuring health, safety, security and management standards are met within development and delivery areas. To set the strategic direction, policy and systems in relation to Engineering and Integration, Environmental Management, Innovation, Quality and Assurance Health, Safety and SecurityTo provide assurance to the Executive and Board, lead major strategic projects and offer expert advice to the business.The directorate is organised around six functional areas:Chief EngineerIntegrationQuality and AssuranceEnvironmental Management and Town planningHealth, Safety and SecurityInnovationDirectorate Business ManagementSkills:Analysis Skills - can identify hidden problems utilising honest analysis and probing techniques.Problem solving - uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all relevant sources for answers.Ability to assist with the production and review of technical reports including assurance and investigation reports and interface with staff across all levels of the project.Type of Experience:Experience of assisting with the delivery of assurance across a major programme, or a complex organisation, with multiple stakeholdersExperience in being part of a multi-disciplinary Quality or Health and Safety teamExperience of contributing to and review of investigations.A professional ..... full job details .....
