You''ll work closely with colleagues in our New Business team to ensure seamless project transitions and compliance with internal processes. Based from our offices in Bedford, you''ll combine office and home working flexibility in line with our hybrid approach. There will be travel required with this role to visit sites under construction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery and aftercare teams for new build development programmes within the affordable housing sector. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Oversee compliance with key legislation, funding, and regulatory requirements (including Homes England). Provide accurate and timely management information and reports on programme delivery and performance.
