An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established legal firm providing clear, tailored advisory support to individuals and organisations.

As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal, you will be supporting the property team with a range of residential conveyancing matters.

This role can be full-time or part-time offering a minimum salary of £35,000 and benefits. They are not offering hybrid / remote working options.

What we are looking for

* Previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Secretary, Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal or in a similar role.
* Proven experience of at least 2 years in conveyancing.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
* Comfortable working in an office-based environment
