This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and an efficient after-sales service for customers across the UK and Ireland.About the RoleYou will support both warehouse activities and the after-sales service process and ensuring products are processed, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister incoming packages, returns, and customer products into systemsPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.Manage shipping documentation through SAP/ShipERP, ensuring correct labels and paperwork for UK and Ireland deliveries.Perform cycle counts and maintain an organised, safe warehouse environment.Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to support timely order fulfilment.Provide support with product assessments and repairs in line with company processes.Assist with additional warehouse and after-sales duties as needed.RequirementsConfident using a PC as your primary work tool.Comfortable standing for extended periods.Excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Desired ExperiencePrevious warehouse or logistics experience.Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Experience using SAP/CRM systems (advantageous but not ..... full job details .....
