Help launch and grow the Cardiff office, build local client relationships, and influence the company’s strategy in WalesCareer Progression:

Work across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, residential, and specialist projects including laboratories, hotels, and leisureKey ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical engineering design and delivery, from feasibility through to project close-outEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, MandE contractors, and other stakeholdersMentor junior engineers and support their professional developmentContribute to energy performance and sustainability goals, including Part L compliance, dynamic simulation, and BREEAMOversee site inspections, CDM compliance, contract administration, cost control, and schedulingEssential Skills and ExperienceChartered Mechanical Engineer or working towards chartership, with strong consultancy experienceProven track record delivering projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, labs, and commercial buildingsExperience in sustainable design, including energy modelling, Part L compliance, and low or zero carbon systemsConfident in client engagement, project management, and technical leadershipExperience mentoring or managing junior engineers is desirableWhat’s In It For You?Make Your Mark:
