As

Pastry Chef de Partie

you will be responsible for the effective execution of the dishes in the section, ensuring consistent presentation and that the highest standards are achieved at all times. You will be responsible for developing the more junior chefs in the brigade to further develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have:Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, or an experienced Pastry Demi Chef de PartiePrevious experience of working in a high volume and fast paced high quality restaurant or private members clubA passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skillsAn excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
