About you

Previous experience working in a similar role preferably with hotel experienceKnowledge of at least one of the key areas of engineeringGood level of written and verbal communicationGood team player and able to work unsupervised. Ability to multitask and prioritiseFlexibility to work a variety of shift patterns (including night work only if necessary)Your main duties areResponds to guest and hotel staff reports on non-functioning equipment immediatelyRepairs televisions, phones, clock, radios etcAssist with maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in optimal operating condition by performing routine maintenance and repairsHelp prevents costly machine breakdowns by lubricating equipment as neededLiaise with departments to coordinate and respond to routine / urgent maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas
