About the RoleAt CMR we are hiring on behalf of our reputable client who are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing New Business Team. This is a lead generation role with a strong focus on outbound activity making proactive calls, engaging potential clients, and identifying new opportunities within the sector. You ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building a pipeline of referring consultants and agencies for our wider sales team to convert. If you thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and enjoy building new relationships, this could be a great fit.Salary - £30,0000 + commission Key Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to recruitment agencies and consultants to generate new business leads Re-engage with lapsed contacts and nurture existing relationships to uncover fresh opportunities Conduct online research and use platforms like LinkedIn to identify potential prospects Qualify leads Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and interactions in the CRM system Meet and exceed individual KPIs and lead generation targets Support weekly reporting and share insights on performance and market activity Develop a sound understanding of the company s services to confidently discuss them with prospects Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth handovers and aligned objectives Act as a professional ambassador, consistently representing the brand s values and service standards ..... full job details .....
