An opportunity has arisen for a full time, temp to perm Production Operative for a manufacturing company based near Saffron Walden, Essex.

As Production Operative you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance 
• Keeping production areas clean, organised, and ready for use
• Accurately recording production outputs and identifying any product issues
• Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistency in quality

An ideal candidate for the Production Operative will have:

• Good hand-eye coordination and confidence handling materials
• Machine Operating experience good but not essential
• Willingness to learn new skills
