Hr Systems/Payroll Implementation Specialist

Location: 70 Redcliff, BS1 6AL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 450.00 per day

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR systems and payroll software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct data migration and parallel runs to ensure a successful payroll transfer.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide technical support during system implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.
• Train HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in implementing payroll systems, specifically Itrent.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and requirements for payroll systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
