HSEQ ManagerLocation: Chipping Norton Salary: Circa 50,000 (open to discussion depending on experience)OverviewWe are recruiting for an experienced HSEQ Manager to join a growing and ambitious organisation. This role will take responsibility for overseeing the company''s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality functions, ensuring best practice across the business while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will lead a small team and play a key role in risk management, compliance and operational standards, while also supporting the business in achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can operate both strategically and operationally, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to implement and maintain robust systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the HSEQ function across the organisation.Provide leadership and oversight to HSEQ Officers, including Health and Safety and Quality functions.Drive the company towards achieving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.Take a proactive approach to risk management, audits, inspections and compliance.Conduct investigations into incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions.Work closely with senior leadership to ensure continuous improvement across safety, quality and environmental performance.Oversee the management and governance of procurement ..... full job details .....
