IT and Systems support

In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our organisation, ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Your proactive approach to troubleshooting, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of our IT infrastructure.Key Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Able to communicate complex issues effectively, providing the right level of detail and ensuring accuracy in all published communications. Technical experience with a basic understanding of Routers, Networks and VoIP Telephones. Strong understanding of internal software and a thorough understanding of the IT infrastructure. Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and services Must have a customer focused attitude.Responsibilities: Provide first line technical assistance and support to internal customers for hardware, software and network related issues. Respond to customers promptly and establish the best way to provide support as effectively and efficiently as possible. That may be via phone, email, in person or using our ITSM platform Zoho Desk.
