Advanced Resource Managers is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK?s most respected and rapidly growing construction companies. With a pipeline of residential building projects across the UK, we are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.

• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site.

• Conduct inspections and handovers, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

• Maintain records for quality control, variations, and material usage.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and managing project documentation.
