Details of this position:This position is for a Learning Facilitator to work in prison education.The role will involve working one-on-one and in groups with learners, assisting them in supporting their understanding and motivating them to pursue educational and personal growth.Support the delivery of educational activities that enhance both academic achievement and personal skill development.Provide individual and group support to promote learner engagement and build self-confidence.Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment.Monitor and accurately record learner attendance, progress, and outcomes.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, prison officers, and other stakeholders to address learners'' educational needs.Work schedule: 3 x 12 hour days 8am-8pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility to cover Saturday between the team.Salary scale: 27,000 per annumBenefits:Generous annual leave entitlement.A paid Life event day each yearCycle to work schemeAccess to hundreds of discounts via the Additions portalEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAccess to online wellbeing centreA paid volunteering day each yearEnhanced ..... full job details .....
