Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist -Contract

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist required to support our public sector client to work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting BAU operations as well as driving enhancements and integrations projects

This is a hands-on role where youandrsquo;ll be configuring, customising, and optimising the CRM platform, while also administering associated Microsoft 365 services.

andbull; Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
andbull; Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
andbull; Strong JavaScript skills for CRM WebResources
andbull; Experience with WebAPI integrations
andbull; Ability Configure andamp; customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service (solutions, dashboards, views, tables,)
andbull; Expereince of managing and developing CMS change requests whilst monitor and improve performance using Dataverse Application Insights.
andbull; Expereince of building automation flows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks.
andbull; Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams)
andbull; Skills to develop JavaScript WebResources to extend CRM functionality and utilise WebAPI for integrations/ data operations
andbull; Ability to maintain the Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including: Copilot Studio andndash; build voice/chat bots and Copilot Analytics andndash; track and optimise performance
andbull; Ability to Administer SharePoint andamp; Teams (auto-attendance, call queues)
andbull; Skills to configure and maintain MSCRMAddons and other CRM enhancements
andbull; Ability to provide BAU support for CMS, SharePoint, Teams, and related services
andbull; Exposure to Copilot Studio / Copilot Analytics would be highly desirable
andbull; Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Start ASAP- 3 month''s contract- With scope to extend- inside IR35-andpound;500-andpound;530 pday
Remote with 2 days per week on site in Manchester or Londonandnbsp;
